  The Trainwreck burger was one of the best burgers I've ever had and I've had a lot of burgers! My wife had the oyster appetizer and it was also excellent. Just passing through and got lucky. Hope to make it back someday.

  Wow! My new favorite spot in Middle TN......and only minutes from the house. Growing up here I remember drinking bottled cokes on the porch with grandfather when this place was Regans, an old country store. It's now what I consider to be the areas premier dining spots. Staff, atmosphere, chef and food is amazing. Can't go wrong with the Nola pasta or filet. Seems to have a hint of french cuisine influence as the filet is served with a bone with buttery marow cooked to perfection. Marrow in Thompson Station is something one does not expect. The cornbread is southern inspired with a hint of smoke and crunch. Was fortunate enough to talk to Chef about the cornbread and flavor profile. He returned with some slices of the Bentonville bacon, vacuum sealed for me to try at home. This is what gives the cornbread it's smoked flavor. Will definitely be using this bacon this competition season. Just a great experience all around in the heart of Thompsons Station. Thanks Chef and all at Circa.
